We want to do more for our planet - together with our large community of employees, customers and partners. That's why we launched the tmrrw Community Rainforest, an impact project that protects valuable rainforest and with it the habitat for a huge diversity of species and enables a healthy climate!
The protected areas are selected by Wilderness International based on their degree of threat and their ecological importance. Even after 25 years of growth, tree plantations or planted forests only achieve a fraction of the biodiversity and biomass of virgin forests.
Since its foundation in 2001, DIA has been involved in social projects and charitable causes. It is part of our corporate culture that we not only work together, look after each other and have fun, but also want to make the world a better place.
Appreciation, cohesion and empathy, three of our most important corporate values, are actively practised through numerous donation and charity activities. The tmrrw Community Forest is one of these initiatives.
Playful monkeys, mysterious jaguars and liana-covered jungle giants - the Peruvian Amazon rainforest is the most biodiverse place on earth! Together with DIA and Wilderness International, you can protect this forest forever.

"For me personally, it is very important to raise awareness of sustainability and climate protection. The impact of the individual counts, but as a community we can achieve more. Wilderness International is an excellent partner for our mission at DIA. The protected areas can be tracked by everyone in the tmrrw community via GPS coordinates. This opportunity for direct and transparent impact is great."

Wilderness International, based in Peru, Canada and Germany, purchases wilderness areas legally secure with land title and protects them for all future.
The purchases are refinanced through donations, which at the same time ensure the long-term protection of the areas as well as environmental education projects and research into CO2-storage and biodiversity.
