Wildcoast Adventures is committed to protecting endangered wilderness areas.

For the preservation of biodiversity & wilderness
For a wild Canada – rich in species and experiences for all time.
Since 2023, Wildcoast Adventures has been supporting the Wilderness International Foundation in protecting intact ecosystems and habitats on Canada's west coast. The organizer of nature-based kayak tours protects 1 m² per guest day and actively and successfully invites its guests to participate in wilderness conservation.
As an outdoor adventure service provider, Wildcoast Adventures thrives on spectacular natural landscapes and intact habitats. Its cooperation with Wilderness International contributes directly to protecting precisely these wild habitats.

Why old-growth forest protection with WI?
Wildcoast Adventures was particularly impressed by Wilderness International's transparent and concrete use of donations: a 1,50 CAD donation protects 1 sqm of old-growth forest – forever. Donors receive a certificate with the geocoordinates and an aerial photo of the protected forest area, as well as a tax-deductible donation receipt.

Protect wilderness in Canada with Wildcoast Adventures
About Wilderness International
The foundation, which is based in Peru, Canada and Germany, purchases legally secure wilderness areas and protects them for the future. The purchases are refinanced through donations, which ensure the long-term protection of the areas, supports environmental education projects, and research into CO2 storage and biodiversity.
