Karla

Dogs, People & Culture

When it comes to discovering the forest, digging up a mouse hole, or catching a fly, Karla is first in line. She loves the feel of forest and meadow ground under her paws; no mountain has ever been too high and no stream too cold.

In the Dresden office, she works full-time to ensure a good atmosphere and the personal well-being of every employee. She regularly checks to see if anyone wants to pet her again.

Anything bigger than a grasshopper is first growled at as a precaution before the Rambo façade falls away and Karla shows her real face: a very friendly, cuddly dog who sometimes likes people better than other dogs and loves to give kisses.

On outings with the WI team, Karla checks that the pack is always complete and that the "old and weak" can still keep up or need a tail wag to cheer them up.
