In addition to Optalio's solutions for optimizing its customers' processes and production, environmental protection is also an integral part of Optalio GmbH's own activities. Since June 2021, the company has been supporting Wilderness International in the protection of valuable primeval forests. One measure here is to calculate and offset its own carbon footprint by protecting the corresponding area of rainforest.
The company also involves its customers in its commitment to greater sustainability and makes an additional donation to Wilderness for each customer project: if a customer takes out a subscription on the Optalio platform, a monthly donation is made to Wilderness for each endpoint (laptop, PC, machine, etc.) used.For every endpoint (laptop, PC, machine, etc.) used that has access to the Optalio platform, one euro is donated to Wilderness International for the protection of the Amazon rainforests in Peru.
Sustainability is an integral part of Optalio's DNA. The Eschborn-based start-up offers data-based solutions for small and medium-sized companies to drive their digital business development in a sustainable way. Optalio's tools can be used to eliminate bottlenecks in production, avoid machine failures and optimize production and delivery sequences. This saves resources and reduces CO2 emissions.
