Off the Path is a tour operator for adventure trips with a great awareness of its own impact on the protection of nature and species on our planet: on the one hand, through the design of the travel programs and through what they give their participants on their travels. On the other hand, through measures to minimize their own CO2 footprint.
Together with Wilderness International, Off the Path is actively committed to protecting the wilderness. Each of their trips is climate-compensated and thus contributes to the protection of intact rainforests in Canada and Peru.
Trips with Off the Path take you to some of the last wilderness areas on our planet, including the Okavango Delta in Botswana. Self-drive safaris through Namibia and husky sled tours in wintry Finnish Lapland are also on the program, as well as kayaking with orcas and humpback whales in British Columbia. Travelers learn first-hand about the importance of nature and species conservation and can also contribute to this important task themselves by making additional donations.
