Impact Hub Leipzig has been carbon-neutral from the very beginning

Since its founding on July 24, 2019, the company has taken responsibility and offset its carbon footprint. Impact Hub Leipzig GmbH’s carbon footprint report comprehensively assessed the company’s greenhouse gas emissions. The carbon footprint was calculated based on consumption data from 2019 and 2020 and totals 12.86 metric tons of CO2 equivalents. The calculated carbon footprint is wilderness through the legally compliant and long-term protection of 256 square meters wilderness Canadian wilderness . This ensures that CO2 remains sequestered in living biomass and that habitats and biodiversity are permanently preserved.
