Heimplanet equips Wilderness with expedition tents
In order to make an important contribution to the research work and at the same time provide more safety and rainproof material with new expedition equipment, Heimplanet has released the best tents. The tents are now stored in British Columbia, Canada and are used for all expeditions with students, researchers and partners.
We have received 8 tents from Heimplanet for expeditions far into our protected areas, e.g. for visiting permanent test areas. The tents now finally offer perfect protection from the rain and keep us and our equipment dry. They even withstand the wind conditions on Porcher Island perfectly.
We are incredibly grateful to be able to use such extremely good tents and give all participants an even better insight into the wilderness of our planet.
