Environmental education coordinator wanted

Are you passionate about environmental education and want to get involved in the Amazon region?

Wilderness International Peru (WIPERU) is currently responsible for protecting more than 3,000 hectares of primary rainforest Madre de Dios, Peru. Our work focuses on the long-term conservation of these ecosystems and on strengthening the connection between humans and nature.

A significant part of our work is environmental education, which we see as an important tool for promoting nature conservation, sustainable development, and the active participation of local communities, educational institutions, and other local stakeholders.

In this context, we are looking for an environmental education expert to join our team in Peru. You will work closely with WI Peru's conservation and research teams to develop educational materials and plan activities tailored to different target groups, using an intercultural and place-based approach.
