Wilderness International Peru (WIPERU) is currently responsible for the conservation of more than 5,000 hectares of primary rainforest in Madre de Dios, Peru. In addition to direct forest conservation and scientific projects, the well-being of our team is a top priority. 

Our team consists of more than 50 employees—from forest rangers to scientists—who work under challenging conditions at remote stations. To foster a healthy, safe, and interculturally respectful work environment, we are creating this key position. 

We are currently looking for a new Human Resources and Employee Well-Being Coordinator for this role!
