"How can I become active?"
Hardly any other question reaches us more often. More and more people want to campaign for the preservation of endangered wilderness areas, protect our nature and its inhabitants and thus also help to stabilize our climate, which has gone off the rails. We are of course delighted about this! But many people don't know how best to get started.
Sustainable female power
One way to support us is of course obvious: donations! Just like the "Giving Circle Klimaschutz", an association of 15 women from all over Germany and Austria, who presented us with a cheque for an incredible €80,000 in May! Of course, it doesn't have to be sums like this, because every euro counts! With just one euro, one square meter of rainforest is permanently protected and 60 kg of CO2 remain bound forever.

Eating cake for the rainforest
If you don't have the opportunity to donate yourself, you can help us to collect donations. Be it by sharing our posts and spreading our vision, or by starting fundraising campaigns yourself - like the 7b class at the Sankt-Adelheid-Gymnasium in Bonn. As part of a series of lessons on the tropical rainforest, the class decided that they wanted to actively support a project to protect the forest. In order to collect donations, the students baked almost 50 cakes, prepared posters and display walls, designed and printed flyers, informed neighborhoods, set up sales services and created advertising posters - with complete success. In total, the campaign raised €3,000 for old-growth forest protection !
Upcycling par excellence
Michael Aigner from Lederhosen Aigner shows how to combine all these things. Since Michael traveled to Peru for a television production, he has been using the leftovers from the Lederhosen and colorful Peruvian fabrics to make cushions, bags and purses. The money raised goes directly to local aid projects. Michael has already supported us with €5,000 in this way and has made our mission known on Bavarian television and Bayern 1 radio!

These are just a few examples of committed, environmentally aware people who use their resources, creativity and skills to work with others to protect intact ecosystems and the last wilderness areas on our planet. Everyone can do something for our planet, regardless of age, income or profession. We firmly believe that even small actions can make a big difference!
