Felidae is committed to protecting endangered wildlife

For the preservation of the most species-rich forests
Since 2023, Felidae has been working with the Wilderness International Foundation on a mission to protect critically endangered and ecologically valuable wilderness areas in Peru. The Felidae Rainforest in the Madre de Dios region of Peru now protects valuable rainforest and, with it, the habitat for a huge variety of species, while also promoting a stable climate.
How many square meters of forest can we protect together?
From code to forest
Did you receive a code from Felidae with your order? You can redeem it here for your own square meter of rainforest!

Felidae (Europe) GmbH, based in northern Hamburg, develops, produces, and markets school bags for elementary and secondary school students, as well as kindergarten bags and student backpacks. For every product sold, Felidae protects one square meter of rainforest in our protected areas. As a long-term conservation partner, Felidae supports Wilderness International in preserving valuable rainforests in both Canada and Peru.

Why old-growth forest protection with WI?
Felidae was particularly impressed by Wilderness International's transparent and concrete use of donations: a €1 donation protects 1m² old-growth forest forever. Donors receive a certificate with the geocoordinates and an aerial photo of the protected forest area, as well as a tax-deductible donation receipt.
You too can protect a piece of Felidae forest
Let's continue on this path together and preserve even more unique wilderness in the long term:
Your wilderness protection certificate
You will receive a personalized certificate of the piece of wilderness you protected immediately after your donation.

Protect the rainforest together with Felidae
About Wilderness International
The foundation, which is based in Peru, Canada and Germany, purchases legally secure wilderness areas and protects them for the future. The purchases are refinanced through donations, which ensure the long-term protection of the areas, supports environmental education projects, and research into CO2 storage and biodiversity.
